(Obviously) This project includes a piece of writing in the format of the Miranda Warning and photos of cacti in different species and quantities from an intentional over-shoulder shots angle.
Through the eyes of cacti, soft creatures shielded by thorns, I encountered morphology in isolation, self-projection, worship, and cultural otherness, all of which persist within any community beyond region, gender, race, nationality, sexuality.
The work reflects on judgment, assimilation, and the politics of silence, where partial speech or withheld presence becomes a form of invisible infraction.
